Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Hunar Portal, operated by AN SOLUTIONS SMC-PVT LTD. By accessing hunarportal.org, school subdomains, custom school websites powered by Hunar Portal, dashboards, checkout pages, course pages, APIs, or the Hunar Portal mobile app, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Hunar Portal on behalf of a school, business, organization, instructor, or company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity.

Hunar Portal provides a multi-school learning platform for creating schools, publishing courses, bundles, live sessions, and digital downloads, enrolling students, managing learning progress, processing course payments, managing teacher or school payouts, and operating student learning experiences through web and mobile.

Schools and instructors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, pricing, delivery, and support of their own courses and learning products unless Hunar Portal directly publishes or manages that content.

Users may access Hunar Portal as students, teachers, school administrators, company administrators, or platform administrators depending on their role and permissions.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed from your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect misuse, security risk, non-payment, policy violations, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or actions that may harm students, schools, teachers, Hunar Portal, or third-party services.

Schools may be offered paid plans, free trials, revenue share plans, or custom arrangements. Trial duration, plan features, usage limits, billing frequency, and renewal terms may be shown during signup, billing, or plan selection.

If a trial expires and no valid paid plan or approved free plan is active, school operations may be suspended. Continued non-payment may result in restriction, deletion, or permanent removal of school data according to the product rules shown in the platform.

Plan prices, limits, features, add-ons, and promotional offers may change. We will apply changes according to applicable billing terms, notices, and platform policies.

In a revenue share model, schools may use Hunar Portal's approved payment collection flow. Students purchase courses on Hunar Portal-powered checkout pages, and payouts are settled to the school or eligible recipient according to the applicable revenue share terms, refund rules, gateway settlement timelines, chargeback outcomes, and compliance checks.

In revenue share plans, schools may be restricted from enrolling free users or using third-party websites or external payment collection for paid course access where such restrictions are shown in the platform.

In paid subscription plans where allowed, schools may connect their own payment gateway or bank details. Schools are responsible for their own gateway approvals, provider terms, transaction charges, compliance, refunds, disputes, and taxes.

Students may purchase or enroll in courses, bundles, live sessions, or digital downloads through web checkout or app-initiated web checkout. The checkout page shows course details, price, payment method, and enrollment action.

Payment completion may depend on third-party gateways, banks, wallets, fraud checks, and settlement confirmation. Access to paid learning content may be granted after payment is successfully verified.

Free courses may enroll immediately where permitted by the school and its plan. Paid products may be subject to school refund policies, gateway rules, and applicable laws.

The Hunar Portal mobile app may show course discovery, course details, enrolled learning, lesson playback, progress, favourites, comments, and settings. When a student chooses to buy a course from the app, the app may open a secure web checkout page that displays the course and payment options.

After successful payment, the checkout flow may redirect back to the Hunar Portal app. Users should not close the checkout page until payment confirmation is shown or the app redirect is completed.

Where app store or payment platform rules require a specific purchase method, we may update or restrict payment flows to comply with those rules.

Schools, teachers, and users must not upload or publish unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, malware-related, spam, or privacy-violating content.

Course content, comments, questions, reviews, live sessions, downloads, and public pages may be reviewed, moderated, rejected, removed, or restricted if they violate these Terms, school policies, payment rules, app store rules, or applicable law.

Users must own or have permission to use all materials they upload, including videos, images, documents, audio, logos, text, software, and brand assets.

Schools may enable or disable course questions, comments, reviews, and discussions. User-generated content may be approved, rejected, moderated, removed, or restricted by school admins, teachers, or Hunar Portal where appropriate.

Users must communicate respectfully and must not share personal data, payment details, passwords, harassment, spam, illegal content, or harmful content in comments or reviews.

Hunar Portal, its logos, platform design, software, workflows, documentation, and brand assets belong to Hunar Portal or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, misuse, or claim ownership of the platform.

Schools and instructors retain ownership of their own course content, subject to the rights they grant Hunar Portal to host, process, display, stream, distribute, promote, and deliver that content to students and users through the platform.

Payouts may be delayed or adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, gateway settlement timelines, bank processing delays, compliance review, incorrect payout details, disputes, or outstanding platform charges.

Schools, teachers, and sellers are responsible for their own taxes, invoices, business registrations, legal obligations, and financial reporting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund eligibility depends on the course, school policy, gateway rules, applicable law, and whether the product has been consumed, downloaded, attended, or completed.

We aim to provide a reliable and fast platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, payment provider downtime, network issues, or security incidents may affect availability.

We may change, improve, remove, suspend, or limit features, plans, payment methods, integrations, mobile app functionality, or school website features to improve the platform, comply with law, or protect users.

Hunar Portal may integrate with payment gateways, hosting services, email providers, video tools, analytics, storage, communication systems, app stores, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party downtime, fees, policy changes, account approvals, rejected transactions, bank delays, or external service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunar Portal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform, courses, payments, school operations, app usage, third-party services, or content published by schools or users.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid directly to Hunar Portal for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the period permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using Hunar Portal at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts, schools, courses, payouts, app access, or platform features if these Terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, security, financial, or operational risk.

After termination, some records may be retained where needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, payment, dispute, or compliance reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Hunar Portal after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
